You are my sunshine
Your heart loves mine
It makes me happy
To feel this way
You'll never know dear
How much I just love ya
Please don't take my Mama away....and she's so beautiful and I love her and she is wonderful and I love her because she is my sunshine...and I am her "son-shine" and she loves me so much I can't even believe it....

I am

Why this.Why Now

I decided to begin this blog as a way for my family and friends to walk along beside me on this long and bumpy road of motherhood. One of my goals in writing this is to share all my steps, trip ups and of course falls, down this road towards becoming the Mother God has created me to be. In doing this I also hope to encourage other weary travelers to find the strength to pick themselves up and to carry on. Motherhood can often feel like a lonely path to take but in knowing that many walked before me with me and will soon walk after me makes this well worn path a little easier to walk upon. I hope that every mother or mother to be will use this as an opportunity to share with me all the knowledge and life lessons you have picked up along your way. My journey has just begun and I have so much yet to learn.
Another goal of mine of course was to give all those who live apart from us a chance to stay updated on Jonah and Annahs own journeys through life. They always seem to be up to something and always seem to have something to say. I can't wait to put it all down to share with all of you.
I hope that for whatever reason you decide to follow that you take away with you even the smallest amount of strength and love to enjoy along your own journey.
